We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Strategist to manage and grow our Instagram presence. This role is not just about posting content. It is about building a travel brand that educates, engages, and generates quality enquiries.

You'll work closely with our Graphic & Social Media Team Lead to plan, create, optimize, and analyze content that reaches Indian travelers.

Responsibilities

Content Strategy

- Build monthly Instagram content calendars
- Research trending travel topics
- Find high-performing reel ideas
- Develop content pillars
- Plan educational and lead-generating content

Instagram Management

- Schedule posts
- Publish reels
- Optimize captions
- Research hashtags
- Write SEO-friendly captions
- Maintain posting consistency

Reels

- Write engaging hooks
- Create reel concepts
- Develop shot lists
- Plan storytelling
- Improve retention
- Suggest editing improvements

Research

Research topics such as

- Visa rules
- Budget travel
- Hidden travel costs
- Destination guides
- Travel hacks
- Travel news
- Seasonal travel trends

Community Management

- Reply to comments
- Reply to DMs
- Engage with travel-related pages
- Increase organic reach

Analytics

Track

- Reach
- Watch time
- Saves
- Shares
- Profile visits
- Followers gained
- Leads generated

Submit a weekly performance report with insights and recommendations.

Requirements

Must Have





- 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing
- Robust understanding of Instagram
- Excellent English and Hindi writing skills
- Creative thinking
- Basic Canva knowledge
- Understanding of reels and short-form content
- Knowledge of Instagram analytics
