Role Description The Social Media Marketing Trainee role is an on-site internship based in Gurugram. The trainee will assist in planning and executing social media campaigns across platforms, helping to increase brand awareness and audience engagement for Ahead WebSoft’s products and services. Daily tasks include creating and scheduling social media posts, supporting content calendars, monitoring campaign performance,



and gathering basic analytics and insights.

The role also involves collaborating with marketing and design teams to align social content with overall digital marketing strategies, participating in brainstorming sessions, and staying updated on social media trends and best practices. This position is designed to provide hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media management within a fast-paced technology environment.

Qualifications

Ability to perform Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation across major platforms.

Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles and techniques.

Strong Communication skills for clear, engaging online messaging and effective collaboration.

Interest in technology and software products, with a willingness to learn new tools and trends.

Attention to detail, creativity, and basic analytical ability to interpret social media metrics.

Relevant coursework or training in marketing, communications, or related fields is an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and contribute positively in a team-oriented environment.
