About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and trend-savvy Social Media Marketing to support the planning, execution, and growth of multiple social media accounts. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of social media platforms, content trends, audience engagement, and digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across platforms.
- Support creation of monthly content calendars.
- Coordinate content formats including Reels, Stories, Carousels, Static Posts, and Videos.
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
- Research trending audio, hashtags, and content formats.
- Track industry trends, social media updates, and competitor activities.
- Monitor key metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, saves,



and shares.
- Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Media Studies, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and content ideation abilities.
- Knowledge of Instagram Reels and short-form video trends.
- Familiarity with Canva and Meta Business Suite is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Understanding of Indian festivals, cultural events, and trend-based content.
