We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing / Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies, strengthen brand presence, and drive audience engagement across digital platforms.

? Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

• Manage social media platforms including content planning, publishing, engagement, and performance tracking.

• Create and oversee marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, traffic, and customer acquisition.

• Develop engaging content including posts, articles, videos, campaigns, and promotional materials.

• Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

• Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing strategies.

• Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

• Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights.

• Collaborate with designers, sales teams, and business partners to execute marketing initiatives.





• Manage online communities and build strong relationships with audiences and customers.

• Support paid advertising campaigns, SEO/SEM initiatives, and lead generation activities.

• Develop strategies to improve customer engagement, conversion rates, and overall marketing performance.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related fields is preferred.

• Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, brand management, or related roles.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and online marketing trends.

• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.

• Experience with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and marketing software.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and performance metrics.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

• Knowledge of graphic design tools, video editing, SEO, or paid advertising is an advantage.

• Good command of written and spoken English.
