That means building the strategy, creating the content, posting it, and then actually paying attention to what's working and what isn't.

What You'll Do Plan and manage a content calendar across our social media platforms. Write the copy - captions, hooks, post text - and brief the designer so the visuals match the message.



Grow our audience and keep them engaged - not just with posts, but with genuine interaction.

Track performance regularly and use the numbers to make better decisions. Manage and grow our communities across WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Discord, Reddit, and similar platforms - keeping conversations active and meaningful. Stay on top of trends and spot opportunities before they're obvious.

What We're Looking For You understand how social media actually works - algorithms, formats, what gets ignored and what doesn't. You can write well and adapt tone depending on the platform and audience. You're consistent. Posting once and disappearing isn't your style. You look at analytics and know what to do with them. You're happy to experiment, fail, learn, and try again.
