Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the planning, creation, and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others. Day-to-day tasks include developing engaging social media content, scheduling posts, monitoring performance metrics, and assisting in optimizing campaigns based on analytics. The intern will help with community management by responding to comments and messages, researching trends,



and suggesting content ideas that align with client goals and brand guidelines.

This is an internship role with a hybrid work arrangement, based in the Greater Kolkata Area, where part of the work can be completed from home. The intern will work closely with the digital marketing team to learn best practices and contribute to ongoing projects.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, with an understanding of major platforms and audience engagement.

Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles, including campaign planning and basic analytics.

Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and professionally.

Interest in creative storytelling, visual content, and staying updated on social media trends and platform features.

Ability to work in a hybrid setup in the Greater Kolkata Area, manage time effectively, and collaborate within a team workplace.

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.

Familiarity with tools like Canva, basic video editing software, or social media scheduling platforms is an advantage.
