: Social Media Marketer

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Pinterest.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars.
- Plan engaging posts, reels, stories, carousels and campaigns.
- Write creative captions, post copy and short video scripts.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and marketing teams.
- Create basic social media creative and videos using design & video editing and other AI tools.
- Manage daily posting, scheduling and community engagement.
- Track social media trends, competitor activities and content opportunities.
- Monitor engagement, reach, follower growth, website traffic and lead generation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Support product promotions and e-commerce campaigns when required.
- Community building and improve brand mentions

Required Skills





- 2 To 5 years of hands-on social media marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with other graphic-design tools.
- Familiarity with video-editing tools and the ability to edit and create engaging video content.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Mi journey or similar.
- Strong content planning, copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Valuable communication, creativity and teamwork skills.
- Basic experience working with an e-commerce website will be an advantage.

Preferred: Experience in the furniture, interiors, home decor, lifestyle or D2C industry.
