- Plan and execute complete social media and digital marketing strategies
- Work on both organic growth and paid campaigns (Meta Ads, etc.)
- Handle client communication, onboarding, and retention
- Take initial sales/discovery calls and understand client requirements
- Manage and guide the social media & marketing team
- Support the team in solving challenges and keeping work on track
- Coordinate with SEO, PPC, design, development, and bidding teams
- Understand bidding requirements and align marketing accordingly
- Oversee projects to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Drive branding, content quality, and creative direction
- Track performance,



analyse results, and improve strategies
- Use AI tools and automation to increase efficiency
- Handle critical situations or delays in a calm and qualified way

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in social media / digital marketing
- Strong understanding of organic + paid marketing strategies
- Experience working with international clients
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Experience in team management
- Ability to plan and execute strategies independently
- Basic knowledge of bidding and lead generation process
- Comfortable using analytics, marketing tools, and AI tools
- Problem-solving mindset with a team player attitude
