Job Summary

Chai Days Cafe India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Graphic Design Executive to manage our digital presence and create compelling visual content. The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design skills, experience managing social media platforms, and a passion for building engaging brand campaigns.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design high-quality social media posts, banners, flyers, menus, standees, and other marketing materials.
- Create engaging content including reels, stories, videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage the company's social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
- Coordinate product photography and promotional video shoots.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print communication.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, social media trends, and digital marketing best practices.
- Support marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and new outlet launches.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.




- 1–3 years of experience in Graphic Design and Social Media Management.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or CorelDRAW.
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or similar tools.
- Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and basic Meta Ads is preferred.
- Excellent creativity, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in the F&B;, Retail, or Hospitality industry is an added advantage.
