Role Description The Social Media Assistant is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves creating and publishing engaging content across social media platforms, supporting campaign execution, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. Day-to-day tasks include thinking ideas, shooting content, publishing, tracking basic performance metrics, and suggesting ideas to improve reach and engagement.





The role also supports the Social Media Marketing function with scheduling, asset organization, and staying updated on platform trends. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Social Media and Social Media Marketing skills.

Candidate is comfortable in facing the camera and appearing as the primary face for social content.

Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills.

Basic understanding of analytics tools and familiarity with major platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X).

Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail, creativity, and an interest in personal finance or fintech.

Relevant coursework or experience in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
