We are looking for a agile and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to manage walk-in enquiries and convert them into sales. The ideal candidate should be passionate about customer service, possess excellent communication skills, and be confident in explaining premium aluminium and uPVC doors, windows, shower partitions, fly screens, and related products.

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, warranties, and available customisation options.
- Follow up with customers to close sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and showroom KPIs.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, production, and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Conduct timely follow-ups on pending quotations and enquiries.




- Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organised, and products are displayed professionally.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 5 - 7 years of experience in retail or showroom sales (building materials, interiors, furniture, home improvement, or similar industries preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an advantage).
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM, email).

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
