We are looking for a customer-focused Service Telecaller Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to existing customers to schedule regular service appointments, conduct post-service feedback calls, manage service reminders, and address general customer inquiries to maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities Service Scheduling: Reach out to existing customers to remind them of upcoming routine maintenance or due service appointments and book their slots. Post-Service Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls after service completion to gather customer feedback, rate customer satisfaction, and address any unresolved issues.
Inbound Query Handling: Receive incoming calls from customers regarding service bookings, status updates, or basic technical queries.
