Roles & Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and process improvements. Create user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications. Work with ServiceNow development teams to deliver business-aligned solutions. Participate in solution design discussions and backlog refinement activities. Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings.

Support

Agile/Scrum delivery by managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle.



Ensure solutions meet business objectives and support continuous process improvement.

Experience Required

6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Robust experience with ServiceNow, ITSM, and ITOM modules. Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and functional documentation.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Knowledge of Jira and/or Azure DevOps is an added advantage. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Education: Any Graduation / Any Post Graduation.
