Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
- Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and technical SEO.
- Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals and overall website performance.
- Create and execute content marketing strategies for blogs and landing pages.
- Manage Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Plan and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) campaigns.
- Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and LinkedIn marketing campaigns.
- Execute social media marketing strategies across major platforms.
- Build high-quality backlinks using ethical (white-hat) SEO techniques.
- Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Generate qualified B2B leads through digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and content writers for campaign execution.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO algorithms, AI search trends, and digital marketing best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4),



Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of keyword research tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest.
- Experience with WordPress and basic HTML/CSS is an advantage.
- Understanding of content marketing and SEO copywriting.
- Knowledge of local SEO and international SEO strategies.
- Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools and automation tools is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in SEO and Digital Marketing is compulsory.
- Experience working with an IT company or software development company will be preferred.
- Strong portfolio or case studies demonstrating SEO growth and successful digital marketing-campaigns.
- Immediate or early joiners will be given preference.
