We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience in SEO, Social Media Management, and Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis. Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for search engines. Write and optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and image alt tags.

Perform

On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO activities. Build high-quality backlinks using ethical SEO practices. Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4). Track keyword rankings and recommend strategies to improve organic traffic.

Social Media Management

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms. Write captions, hashtags, and content aligned with the brand voice. Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for social media creatives.

Maintain a consistent posting calendar. Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages when required, and grow the brand's online presence. Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates.

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Create and manage Meta advertising campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness. Set up and optimize target audiences, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences.



Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets to improve ROI.

Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copy, and audience targeting. Track conversions using Meta Pixel and Events Manager. Analyze key metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS. Analytics & Reporting Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.

Analyze SEO, social media, and paid campaign performance. Provide actionable recommendations based on campaign insights and analytics. Track website traffic, lead generation, and engagement metrics.

Collaboration

Work closely with the content, design, and development teams. Assist in brainstorming creative campaign ideas. Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, Google algorithm updates, and Meta advertising best practices.

Required Skills 1–2 years of hands-on experience in SEO, Social Media Management, and Meta Ads. Good understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.

Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite. Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.

Experience in content planning and social media scheduling. Basic knowledge of Canva or other creative tools is a plus. Understanding of Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and conversion tracking. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Mass Communication, or a related field. Meta Blueprint or Google certifications are an added advantage.

Experience working with IT, SaaS, or service-based businesses is preferred.
