NThe company operates in the investment and financial services sector, focusing on capital advisory and investment management solutions for businesses and investors.

NRole Summary:

NWe are seeking a senior leader within the infrastructure team.: the successful candidate will drive business development and origination, convert relationships into mandates, and lead transaction execution end to end.

NKey Responsibilities:

N1. Transaction Execution:

N- Support and lead the execution of advisory mandates across M&A;, private equity, structured finance, debt syndication, and refinancing transactions.

N- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful deal execution from mandate to closure.

N- Assist in preparing financial models, pitch books, transaction documents, and client presentations.

N2. Client Management:

N- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the infrastructure ecosystem, including roads, renewable energy, logistics, e-mobility, connectivity, storage, and related sectors.

N- Work closely with promoters, CXOs, and finance teams to understand their business and financing requirements.

N3. Business Development:

N- Support senior leadership in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

N- Gradually build the capability to originate advisory mandates through client relationships, networking, and market engagement.





N- Contribute to developing a healthy pipeline of opportunities over time.

N4. Strategic Advisory:

N- Assist clients in evaluating financing options, capital structure, mergers & acquisitions, and other

Nstrategic transactions.

N- Work with internal teams to provide practical and value-driven financial solutions.

N5. Market & Sector Research :

N- Keep track of industry trends, regulatory developments, and capital market activity.

N- Share relevant insightswith clients and internal teams to support business development and execution.

NCandidate Profile:

N- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. MBA, CA, CFA, or equivalent

Nqualification is preferred.

N- 12+ years of experiencein investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate finance, or a similar role.

N- Strong experience in executing M&A;, debt, equity, or structured finance transactions.

N- Exposure to infrastructure, renewable energy, logistics, mobility, or related sectors is preferred.

N- Good understanding of financial modelling, valuation, and transaction processes.

N- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

N- Demonstrated interest and potential to develop business origination capabilities over time.

N- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

N- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, entrepreneurial environment with high ownership.
