We're looking for a Senior Reviewer to join our cross-border tax and advisory team, taking ownership of client relationships, review quality, and team mentorship across our US tax and accounting engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and finalize client deliverables, ensuring accuracy before they reach the client
- Independently manage client relationships and expectations throughout engagements
- Guide, mentor, and review the work of junior staff to maintain consistent output quality
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors before final client sign-off
- Coordinate across teams to ensure timely delivery of client work
- Support process improvements to strengthen review workflows and team output
Requirements
- Semi-Qualified CA (CA Inter/IPCC cleared)
- 7-8 years of relevant experience, including team handling and review responsibilities
- Proven experience managing and mentoring a team
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Ability to review and finalize work with minimal supervision
Good to Have
- Experience in a quick-paced, cross-border advisory environment
- Prior exposure to US tax, accounting, or compliance engagements
