We are looking for an intelligent and resourceful candidate for our Talent Management team based in Hyderabad. Some of the Talent Management functions include managing critical operations on portfolios such as Onboarding, Separations, benefits and Policies, Statutory Compliance and HR operations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY: In the role, you will be providing end-to-end critical operations support to functions such as onboarding, separations, benefits, and employee engagement processes. You will be analyzing processes and coming up with ways to automate operational tasks. You will need to stay abreast of the latest trends/best practices in Onboarding, employee benefits, HR programs, policies, etc. through industry benchmarking.
You will also liaison with external vendors, evaluating event proposals, forecasting expenses, conducting cost benefit analysis, etc. You will be effectively managing day-to-day operational work pertaining to Onboarding, Separations, benefits and Policies, Statutory Compliance and HR operations. You will also need to prepare, track, and maintain appropriate documentation and trackers, handle document management,
document audit, vendor management, closure of pre and post onboarding tasks, employee queries and requests, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders for related tasks.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Basic qualifications: A graduate or postgraduate degree, preferably in HR, with excellent time management skills, and operational excellence
3 to 4 years of HR/Talent Management work experience The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with various stakeholders
Proficiency with MS Office, and should possess excellent oral and written communication skills The ability to work in an agile, dynamic and collaborative environment
