Job Role: Senior Soft Skills Trainer / Faculty

Location: Kandivali (Western Line), Mumbai

We are looking for a agile and experienced Senior Soft Skills Trainer who is passionate about empowering student professionals with strong communication, employability, and interview skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging and interactive soft skills training sessions for adult learners
- Prepare candidates for interviews (HR & basic technical rounds)
- Conduct workshops on communication, confidence building, and workplace readiness
- Facilitate ATS-friendly resume building sessions
- Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Canva, etc.) into training delivery
- Use innovative methods like role plays, group activities, and energizers
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback

Key Requirements:





- 4–8 years of experience in soft skills / employability training
- Experience in training adult learners (freshers/graduates)
- Strong knowledge of interview preparation & resume building
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) concepts
- Exposure to AI tools for training/content creation
- Excellent communication skills with neutral accent (No MTI)
- Up to 35 years preferred
