We are looking for an experienced Senior Social Media Manager who can lead our social media strategy, build a strong digital brand presence, and drive measurable business growth through creative storytelling and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage both organic and paid campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Plan, manage, and optimize social media advertising budgets to maximize ROAS and conversions.
- Lead content strategy, campaign planning, copy direction, video concepts, and storytelling.
- Collaborate with Creative, Performance Marketing, SEO, E-commerce, and Product teams to execute integrated campaigns.
- Identify social trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities to strengthen brand positioning.
- Build and manage influencer partnerships and creator collaborations.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies using data and analytics.
- Track key metrics including Engagement Rate, Reach, Impressions, CTR, Conversion Rate, Revenue, ROAS, and Website Traffic.
- Ensure consistent luxury brand messaging across all social channels.




- Mentor and guide the social media team while driving innovation and best practices.

Required Skills
- 9+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Strong experience managing Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, and YouTube campaigns.
- Proven expertise in social media strategy, content marketing, and performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing advertising budgets and achieving ROAS targets.
- Excellent understanding of luxury branding, customer engagement, and digital storytelling.
- Robust analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and social media analytics tools.
- Experience working with influencers and creator marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Preferred Experience
- Luxury, Jewelry, Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle, or Premium Consumer Brands.
- International or global brand marketing experience.
- Experience with AI-powered content creation and social media automation tools.
