Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in PSU &

- Government Infrastructure Sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth across sectors such as: Railways &
- Metro Projects Airports &
- Aviation Infrastructure Oil &
- Gas vertical CPWD, PWD (Government Buildings &
- Critical Infrastructure) Defence / PSU Organisations This role requires expertise in project sales, with an understanding of the complete sales cycle, i.e., concept-stage (specification, solution design), the proposal, and mapping of every stakeholder, i.e., end client, EPC/SI, consultant, PMC, and other indirect influencers on the projects.

- State Government departments, PSUs, and infrastructure bodies Drive sales for Access Control, Visitor Management, and Integrated Security Platforms Build strong relationships with key stakeholders like: Railways (DMRC, NCRTC, etc.) Airport Authorities Smart City SPVs Defense &
- Govt Agencies 3. Consultant &
- System Integrator Engagement Build relationships with: PMC consultants Architects & security consultants Large system integrators (SIs) Ensure IDCUBE solutions are specified in tenders 4.

- Project Acquisition Promote IDCUBE's integrated security solutions including: Access control systems Biometric & mobile credentials AI-based analytics dashboards Position IDCUBE as a preferred OEM in infra projects 5.

Account

Management &

- Stakeholder Handling Manage key PSU / Government accounts Maintain long-term relationships with: Bureaucrats Procurement teams Project heads Handle negotiation, closures, and contract finalization 6.

Market

Intelligence &

- Strategy Track competitor activity (HID, Honeywell, Suprema, etc.) Identify upcoming infrastructure projects and funding pipelines Provide inputs on pricing strategy, product positioning, and GTM approach Key Requirements Experience Proven experience in Infrastructure Projects (Railways, Metro, Airports, Smart Cities) Solid exposure to tendering & bidding processes Industry Preference Access Control / Security Systems ELV / BMS / IBMS
