We are seeking an experienced Senior Paid Advertising Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing, proven experience managing high-budget advertising campaigns, and the ability to drive profitable growth through data-driven strategies. Candidates with prior experience managing Google Ads accounts with Invoice Billing / Monthly Invoicing are highly preferred.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Advertising, PPC, Paid Media, or Performance Marketing.

Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

Proven track record of managing, optimizing, and scaling high-budget advertising campaigns.

Prior experience managing Google Ads accounts with Invoice Billing / Monthly Invoicing is highly preferred.

Experience handling Google Ads invoice billing, monthly invoices, billing thresholds, payment settings, and account billing processes is a strong advantage.

Strong knowledge of Google Search, Performance Max, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram Ads.

Experience managing significant monthly or annual advertising budgets.

Strong understanding of campaign structure, keyword research, audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.

Ability to optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, and ROI.

Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and conversion tracking.

Strong experience conducting A/B testing across audiences, creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and campaign strategies.





Ability to analyze campaign performance data and implement data-driven optimization strategies.

Experience managing multiple advertising accounts and campaigns simultaneously.

Strong analytical, strategic, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing $1M+ annual advertising spend.

Experience working in a digital marketing agency or managing multiple client advertising accounts.

Proven track record of scaling high-spend campaigns while maintaining solid profitability and efficiency.

Experience managing Google Ads Invoice Billing / Monthly Invoicing for high-spend accounts.

Experience in e-commerce, lead generation, or performance marketing.

Experience managing international campaigns across multiple markets.

Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Develop and execute strategies to improve campaign performance, profitability, and scalability.

Monitor daily campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend across campaigns.

Analyze campaign data and provide actionable performance insights.

Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages.

Manage conversion tracking and ensure accurate campaign measurement.

Oversee Google Ads account billing processes, including Invoice Billing / Monthly Invoicing, where applicable.

Prepare regular performance reports and communicate key results and recommendations.

Stay up to date with changes and best practices across Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms.
