- Assesses and meets client requirements and desires through regular meetings and conferences

- Produces sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skills

- Creates idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients
N
- Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design principles
N
- Excellent portfolio of previous works
N
- Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design.
N

nRequirements:

n




- You must have min3 plus years of experience in residential projects
N
- Modular interior Experience is a must
N
- Registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
N
- Experience in handling clients and handling projects independently
N
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Google Sketch-up
N
- Solid verbal and written English communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently.
