Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.

- Configure HCM applications using advanced tools such as EFF/DFF, HDL/HSDL, BPM, and Fast Formulas to meet client specifications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HCM solutions with existing IT infrastructure.

- Develop and optimize advanced SQL queries and BI Publisher reports to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.

- Utilize VBCS and AI Studio for custom application development and integration of HCM modules.

- Engage with clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.

- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a cooperative and innovative work environment.

- Adapt to EST time zone for client interactions and project implementations, ensuring timely support and service delivery.

Overview

- The Senior Fusion HCM Expert plays a pivotal role in the ITES sector, leveraging expertise in Oracle's HCM Cloud solutions to support global clients, especially focusing on the Compensation module.

- This role, based in Bangalore or Hyderabad, requires a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and configuration, particularly within the Compensation domain.





- As part of a high-performing team, the Senior Fusion HCM Expert will lead the design, configuration, and integration of HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.

- The position demands strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, BI Publisher, and HCM configuration tools, to enhance data management and reporting capabilities.

Requirements

- 6-9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and configuration, with a focus on the Compensation module.

- Proficiency in advanced SQL and BI Publisher for data management and reporting.

- Strong experience with HCM configuration tools such as EFF/DFF, HDL/HSDL, BPM, and Fast Formulas.

- Hands-on experience with VBCS and AI Studio for custom application development.

- Excellent communication and customer interaction skills, with a proven track record of working in global teams.

- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate EST time zone client requirements.

- Optional experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.
