Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Role Overvie wWe are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead financial accounting, statutory compliance, audit, financial reporting, and internal controls. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Indian GAAP, US GAAP, SAP, SOX compliance, and statutory audits, along with experience in managing finance operations and leading teams .

P.Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, including P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Trial Balanc e.Analyze financial results and present MIS reports to managemen t.Lead and coordinate Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, SOX Audits, and Income Tax Audit s.Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP, US GAAP, IND AS, and statutory regulation s.Handle Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, Deferred Tax, and Tax Provisionin g.Manage Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Treasury, and Shared Service operation s.Review internal controls, expense verification, payroll reconciliation,



and vendor payment s.Prepare financial reports for government authorities and regulatory bodie s.Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholder s.
