Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-focused Senior Executive – IPQA to lead and oversee in-process quality assurance across all stages of manufacturing and packaging for cosmetic and oral care product lines. This is a critical role in ensuring that our products consistently meet regulatory, customer, and internal quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Supervise and perform in-process quality checks across manufacturing, filling, and packing lines.

✔Lead and conduct line clearance, environmental monitoring, and process audits.

✔Ensure adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and production protocols.

✔Review and verify Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).

✔Analyze deviations, non-conformances, and support CAPA implementation.

✔Train and guide junior IPQA staff on quality practices and documentation.

✔Monitor key product parameters (pH, viscosity, weight, appearance) during production.

✔Collaborate with Production, R&D;, QA, and QC teams to support continuous improvement.

✔Participate in internal and external audits and assist with documentation for regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:





Education:

✔B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related discipline

Hard Skills:

✔Solid understanding of GMP, GLP, ISO 22716, and cosmetic regulatory standards

✔Experience with BMR/BPR review, in-process testing, and batch documentation

✔Ability to handle deviations, risk assessments, and root cause analysis

✔Skilled in maintaining QA documentation and audit readiness

Soft Skills:

✔Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving mindset

✔Leadership and team mentoring capabilities

✔Effective verbal and written communication skills

✔Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Experience:

✔4 to 6 years of IPQA/QA experience in cosmetic, personal care, or oral care manufacturing
