Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing goods and services, negotiating with suppliers, processing purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining cost-effective procurement while adhering to company policies and quality standards
Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services
Coordinate with user departments to understand procurement requirements
Follow up with suppliers regarding order status, deliveries, and pending issues
Resolve supply-related issues, including quality, quantity, and delivery discrepancies
Prepare procurement reports, MIS, and purchasing analyses for management
