Job Summary

As a Senior Ad Sales Lead at JioHotstar, you will drive strategic partnerships with some of the country’s largest advertisers and leading media agencies across a designated industry vertical. The role involves owning and accelerating revenue growth for key accounts by leveraging a deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer trends, Tv Ecosystem

You will work closely with senior marketing stakeholders and agency planners to craft long-term, high-impact partnerships that deliver measurable business outcomes for clients while maximizing the value of JioHotstar’s Entertainment offering. The role requires a consultative sales approach, strong understanding of advertiser's business, commercial acumen, and the ability to shape integrated & innovative solutions across TV Ecosystem

Key Responsibilities

- Own and grow a portfolio of high-impact accounts with clear revenue and growth accountability
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client and agency stakeholders, shaping long-term advertising strategies
- Lead annual planning, quarterly business reviews, and strategic upsell conversations
- Identify emerging opportunities across formats, platforms, and performance solutions within the Tv ecosystem
- Partner with internal leadership, product, analytics, and execution teams to deliver high-quality, insight-led solutions




- Maintain solid pipeline visibility, forecasts, and risk mitigation plans
- Represent client needs internally and influence roadmap, solutions, and prioritisation

- Proven senior stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Confident presenter with the ability to influence and close complex deals
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving outcomes in a growth-oriented environment

Preferred Education & Experience

- 12+ years of experience in TV ad sales, media sales, or agency-facing roles
- Track record of managing large accounts and delivering sustained revenue growth
- Experience working closely with agencies and senior brand decision-makers
