Required Skills
8+ years of experience in SAP HCM with strong expertise in Europe Payroll
Hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll, PA, OM, and Time Management (TM)
Expertise in Payroll Schemas, PCRs, Wage Types, and Infotypes
Experience supporting payroll for European countries (UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, etc.)
Solid knowledge of payroll configuration, statutory compliance, payroll processing, and production support
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and SAP S/4HANA HCM.
