We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team for client engagements in the USA. The ideal candidate should have solid functional expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), with hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, support, enhancements, and integrations. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable working directly with business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.

Configure and customize SAP FI/CO modules based on business needs.

Work on end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.

Configure General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, and Product Costing.

Perform month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments, enhancements, interfaces, reports, and forms.

Integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, WM, and PS.

Support data migration, testing (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT), and user training.

Analyze and resolve production support issues within SLA timelines.

Prepare functional specifications and support technical teams during development.

Participate in workshops,



requirement gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.

Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and organizational standards.

Required Skills

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO.

Strong expertise in

SAP FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting)

SAP CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing)

Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project.

Strong knowledge of Financial Closing, Taxation, and Banking processes.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is preferred.

Good understanding of cross-module integrations with MM, SD, PP, WM, and PS.

Experience in writing Functional Specifications (FS) for custom developments.

Strong knowledge of SAP configuration and testing methodologies.

Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications is an added advantage.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP FICO Certification is preferred.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Migration or Conversion projects is an advantage.

Knowledge of SAP Central Finance (CFIN), FSCM, or Group Reporting is a plus.

Experience working with global clients and distributed teams.

Willingness to travel to client locations in the USA as required.
