You will play a key role in analyzing and optimizing SAP-based planning processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand existing processes, identify functional and system gaps, interpret SAP transaction data, and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business process walkthroughs with planning stakeholders.
- Map current ('As-Is') planning processes and identify optimization opportunities.
- Analyze SAP transaction data, movement types, planning parameters, and configurations.
- Identify data, process, and system configuration gaps and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Support solution design, documentation, and implementation activities.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required
Skills
- Solid expertise in Supply Chain business processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP HANA / SAP S/4HANA configuration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data modeling skills.
- Experience in requirements gathering and solution design.
- Strong stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills.

- Integration and data normalization experience.
- Awareness of AI/ML concepts and automation use cases.
- Project governance and delivery management experience.
