Role & responsibilities

Position Summary:

OSFM SALESPERSON AT DEALER'S COUNTER, will be responsible for engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and driving sales with customers from follow up sales and engagement with specifiers ( Architects, Lighting consultant , electrical contractors etc.) as per the need basis as and when required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Engagement: Greet customers upon arrival, offer assistance, and provide information on products and services regarding complete lighting solutions.
- Product Demonstration: Present and demonstrate products to customers, highlighting features, perks, and usage.
- Sales Process: Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, follow up, negotiate prices, and close sales.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, site visit. Mock ups and sampling and resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions and collection of customer details, and prepare sales reports.
- After-Sales Support: Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Team Collaboration:



Work collaboratively with other sales staff (MDS and SGS) and support them.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Discipline: Ensure proper reporting & attendance thru Oracle/Urva/ Field Force app.

Experience:

- Must have 2-4 years experience in B2B Sales, showroom/ Retail sales proven experience in selling consumer product to lighting or decorative lighting or electrical products
- Proven experience in managing Clients with specifiers.
- Proven Experience in extensive & Robust Customer Universe of Key Decision Makers
- Have good Building material exp
- 70% showroom & 30% Market role.

CTC - 4.20-4.50 LPA. Location- Jammu/ Gurgaon/ Guwahati/Tirupati/ Kochi/Ernakulam/Pune/Kolkata/Haridwar/Dehradun/Shillong/Noida/Kapadvanj/Goa

Year of Experience - 2 Year

No Of Positions- Sales Promoter- 15+

Qualification Required- any graduate (Full Time Only)
