We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth for our cloud-based HRMS SaaS platform. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in HRMS application sales, enterprise B2B SaaS sales, digital marketing, client acquisition, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Generate qualified B2B leads through digital and offline marketing.

Sell HRMS SaaS solutions to enterprise customers.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Build relationships with HR Heads, CXOs, and decision-makers.

Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, email marketing and social media campaigns.

Organize customer meetings, webinars, exhibitions and promotional events.





Maintain CRM, sales pipeline and performance reports.

Recruit, mentor and lead the Sales & Marketing team.

Required Skills

MBA-Sales & Marketing preferred.

Flexible to travel.

Minimum 5+ years of B2B SaaS Sales & Marketing experience.

Mandatory:Proven experience in selling HRMS Application / HRMS SaaS solutions.

Strong understanding of HRMS, Payroll, Attendance, Leave and HR Automation solutions.

Expertise in digital marketing, lead generation and enterprise sales.

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Experience using CRM tools and sales forecasting.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
