About Role:

We are looking for a motivated professional with 1+ years of experience in the IT, Software, or AI industry to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in software development, IT solutions, or AI-based applications, with a strong willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates with exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, or related technologies will be preferred. Solid problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and networking.
- Promote Setoo's Agentic AI Platform, AI OS, and AI-powered business solutions to prospective clients.




- Schedule discovery meetings and product demonstrations with decision-makers.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns and assist with content creation for LinkedIn and other channels.
- Maintain and update CRM with leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Conduct market research to identify target industries, prospects, and emerging AI opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, follow-ups, and support the business development team in closing deals.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and partners.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience (excluding internship) in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing (IT/Software/AI preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and CRM tools.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn about AI technologies.
- Basic understanding of AI, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions is a plus.
