We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development and sales for our modular furniture manufacturing unit in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the modular furniture industry, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Generate new business opportunities through architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, corporate clients, and dealers.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.

Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits.

Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.

Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure timely project execution.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.





Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and monthly performance reviews.

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

5–10 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in the modular furniture, interior fit-out, or related industry.

Strong network with architects, interior designers, developers, and corporate clients is preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
