We are looking for a Sales Executive (Off-Roll) to drive cement sales in the Belgaum region, supporting our operations in Karnataka. The role involves dealer engagement, demand generation, order fulfillment support, and relationship building with local influencers and stakeholders in the cement and construction ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive primary and secondary sales of cement in assigned territory (Belgaum and nearby markets).
- Identify and onboard current dealers, retailers, and sub-dealers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to ensure repeat orders and timely collections.
- Conduct market visits, track competition, and generate regular insights.




- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain for timely delivery and service support.
- Execute trade marketing activities and schemes at the retail level.
- Work closely with the regional sales team in for planning and reporting.

Candidate Profile

- Education: Graduate in any stream (preferred: BBA/B.Com); MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 24 years in cement in rural/semi-urban markets.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building.
- Other Requirements: Should own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively within the territory.
