Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with at least 3 years of experience in selling branding, advertising, creative, or marketing services. The ideal candidate should have a solid network, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in acquiring new clients and driving business growth for creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for branding, creative design, advertising, and marketing services. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, client meetings, and digital platforms. Meet prospective clients to understand their branding and marketing requirements. Present the agency's creative solutions, including: Brand Strategy &

• Identity Logo Design &

• Brand Guidelines Packaging Design Creative Campaigns Print &

• Outdoor Advertising Corporate Branding Social Media Creative Services Website Design &

• Development Prepare proposals, quotations, and customized presentations for clients. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.



Coordinate with the creative, design, and client servicing teams to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain an updated sales pipeline and customer database using CRM tools. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging branding opportunities.

Required

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development/ Sales in Concept selling, preferably in a Creative Agency/ Branding Agency/ Advertising Agency/ Digital Marketing Agency/ Media Industry. Strong understanding of branding, advertising, and creative services. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Existing network of corporate clients and business contacts.

Experience in B2B sales and client acquisition. Strong proposal writing and presentation skills. Ability to understand client briefs and convert them into business opportunities. Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about creative solutions. *Competitive salary based on experience.
