Job Responsibilities:

Sales

Executive (Feet-on-Street) (No of Positions: 4)

- Actively generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and on-ground market visits.

- Set up meetings with potential clients and build interest in fitness product range.

- Conduct product demonstrations and maintain availability of stock for sales visits.

- Maintain accurate sales and customer data for the assigned territory. Negotiate and close deals while handling client objections and complaints professionally.

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers through calls, emails and personal visits.

- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows and fitness industry events.

- Share market feedback and customer insights with internal teams.

2.

Sales

Manager (No of Positions: 2)

- Lead, coach and monitor a team of Sales Executives to drive consistent territory performance.

- Design and implement local sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

- Track team performance, pipeline health and customer conversion across assigned regions.

- Identify new business opportunities, key accounts and channel partnerships.





- Conduct regular field visits and joint calls to support the sales team.

- Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for senior management review.

- Resolve escalated client issues and ensure high standards of customer service.

Criteria:

- Bachelor's degree.

- Between 1 to 8 years of experience of proven track record in field sales; prior experience in the fitness, wellness or lifestyle industry is an added advantage.

Skills Required:

- Solid ability and desire to sell products and build client relationships.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

- A positive, confident and determined approach to field work and client interactions.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

- Willingness to travel extensively for market visits, exhibitions and client meetings.
