Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based at MINI Gallops Autohaus in Ahmedabad.

The Sales

Consultant will engage prospective and existing customers, understand their mobility needs, and guide them through the MINI product range, features, and pricing. Daily responsibilities include managing showroom visits, conducting test drives, preparing and presenting quotations, and following up on leads through calls, messages, and in-person meetings. The role involves coordinating with finance, accessories, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.

The Sales

Consultant is expected to maintain accurate records in the CRM system, achieve sales targets,



and support customer retention initiatives through ongoing relationship management.

Qualifications

Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to identify customer needs and recommend suitable MINI models and solutions.

Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure a high-quality, personalized buying experience and long-term relationship building.

Excellent Communication skills for explicit, professional interaction in person, over the phone, and via digital channels.

Ability to work toward and achieve defined sales targets, with basic understanding of automotive products and financing options.

Proficiency in using CRM or sales management software and standard office tools for tracking leads and maintaining documentation.

Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.

Prior experience in automotive or luxury retail sales is preferred, along with a valid driving license and willingness to conduct test drives.

Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak sales periods.
