Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers and build strong, trust-based relationships
- Understand customer needs, preferences, and purchase timelines
- Deliver personalized project presentations and curated site visit experiences
- Convert enquiries into visits and visits into successful closures
- Maintain a healthy and active sales pipeline with timely follow-ups
- Ensure accurate documentation and updates in CRM/ERP systems
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, CRM, Legal, Finance) for smooth closures
- Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer insights
Key Metrics:
- Lead-to-sale conversion ratio
- Sales cycle time (~45 days)
- Revenue/booking targets
- Site visit to closure ratio
- Customer experience / satisfaction
Candidate Profile
- 5-15 years of experience in direct or consultative sales
- Experience in real estate, luxury, hospitality, or high-value products preferred
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Customer-first mindset with high ownership and drive
