Experience: 2–5 Years About the Role SSIC is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Specialist to promote our industrial packaging products and services. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing customer relationships, understanding packaging requirements, preparing quotations, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities - Identify and approach new customers in the automotive, engineering, manufacturing, defence, logistics, and export industries.

- Promote SSIC’s industrial packaging products and services.
- Conduct customer visits, presentations, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Understand customers’ technical and commercial packaging requirements.
- Coordinate with the design, costing, purchase, production, and service teams.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, cost comparisons, and commercial offers.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, samples, trials, and purchase orders.
- Develop long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Generate repeat business and explore cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain daily customer visit, enquiry, quotation, and follow-up reports.
- Update all sales activities and customer information in the CRM/ERP system.
- Coordinate with customers for delivery schedules, service requirements, feedback, and payment collection.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and business development reports to management. Products and Services - Export and seaworthy wooden packaging

- Heat-shrink packaging and packaging consumables Candidate Requirements - Graduate or Diploma holder in Marketing, Engineering, Packaging, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B, industrial, packaging, logistics, engineering, or manufacturing sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and customer specifications will be preferred.
- Knowledge of quotation preparation, costing, CRM, ERP, MS Excel, and email communication.
- Must be comfortable with field sales and regular customer visits.
- Must have a valid driving licence and preferably own a two-wheeler.
- Positive command of Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, customer-focused, and target-oriented.
