Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern role is a part-time, hybrid position based in Jaipur, with some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will support daily sales activities, including engaging with potential clients, responding to inquiries, and assisting in follow-ups to convert leads into property visits and transactions. They will help execute marketing campaigns, promote verified listings across digital channels, and contribute to content and promotional materials that enhance brand visibility.





The intern will assist with market research, gathering customer feedback, and preparing basic reports on leads, conversions, and campaign performance. Collaboration with the sales and operations teams will be required to ensure accurate information is shared with clients and to maintain a skilled, customer-focused experience.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.

Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to generate leads, support conversions, and assist in basic pipeline tracking.

Candidates should possess Training-related skills to absorb product knowledge quickly and adapt to sales and marketing processes.

Candidates should have basic knowledge of digital tools (e.g., CRM, spreadsheets, social media platforms) and an interest in real estate and marketing.

Candidates should demonstrate a proactive attitude, ability to work in a hybrid environment in Jaipur, and strong organizational and time-management skills.

Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
