Ltd. is seeking a energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth, generate leads, and strengthen the company's presence in the real estate and construction sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify leads through various online and offline marketing channels.

Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to prospective customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders.

Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into successful sales opportunities.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.

Manage social media promotions, digital campaigns, and local marketing activities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.





Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements and Skills

1–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Real Estate or Construction.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.

Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation techniques will be an added advantage.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Willingness to travel within assigned locations as required.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
