Key Deliverables (Residential Real Estate Sales)
- Identify and engage potential prospects for residential real estate projects.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential properties.
- Convert qualified leads through consultative selling, advisory discussions, and negotiations.
- Conduct site visits and present project features, pricing, and offerings to prospective and existing clients.
- Build and strengthen the company's brand presence in the residential real estate market.
- Develop, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Generate referrals and repeat business from existing clients to expand the customer base.
- Achieve sales targets while ensuring a seamless home-buying experience for customers.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
