Positon: Sales Project Head ( Real Estate Experience)

Company looking for : lead sales operations for premium real estate projects someone who can drive targets, build teams, and deliver results consistently.

Experience: 8–12 years of real estate sales experience with at least 3 years in a leadership/head role

Location : Bellandur, Bangalore , Karnataka

Working days : 6 Days ( Monday to Saturday ) (Only Sunday Fixed Off)

Working Hours: 9.30 am to 6.30pm

Roles & Responsibilities :

 Lead and manage end-to-end sales for assigned real estate projects

 Build, mentor, and drive a high-performing sales team

 Define sales strategies, pricing inputs, and launch plans in collaboration with leadership

 Manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and direct clients

 Monitor sales pipelines,



conversion rates, and weekly targets

 Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and finance teams for a seamless customer journey

 Provide regular MIS reports and sales forecasts to leadership

Skills required:

 Robust track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in residential real estate

 Deep understanding of Bangalore real estate market, especially South/East corridors

 Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

 Experience managing channel partner ecosystems

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
