Production Incharge

Job Summary The Production Incharge is responsible for planning and coordinating the entire production process, ensuring timely execution of orders, maintaining quality standards, and managing job workers to meet delivery deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the Design Team to understand designs, specifications, and production requirements.
- Plan and allocate work to job workers based on production schedules and capacity.
- Monitor daily production progress and ensure orders are completed on time.
- Follow up with job workers to maintain production timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch teams for smooth production flow.
- Ensure availability of fabrics, trims, and accessories before production.
- Resolve production issues and escalate delays when required.
- Maintain production records, job worker tracking,



and order status reports.
- Minimize production delays, rework, and material wastage.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and production processes.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate/Diploma in Apparel, Textile, Fashion, or related field (preferred).
- 6-7 years of experience in garment/apparel production.
- Experience managing job workers and production planning is preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong production planning and coordination skills.
- Positive knowledge of garment manufacturing processes.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Attention to detail and quality-focused approach.
