Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and evaluate potential investment opportunities.

- Conduct financial, commercial, and operational due diligence.

- Build financial models, valuations, and investment recommendations.

- Execute investment transactions and negotiate deal terms.

- Monitor portfolio company performance and provide strategic guidance.

- Prepare investment committee presentations and reports.

- Develop relationships with investors, founders, advisors, and industry stakeholders.

- Support fundraising and investor relations activities when required.

Requirements:

- MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, or equivalent qualification.

- 510 years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Corporate Finance, or M&A.;

- Robust financial modelling and valuation skills.

- Experience in due diligence and transaction execution.

- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
