Job Title: Personal Accountant (HNI)

Experience Required: 3–7 Years (Experience handling accounts and financial affairs of High-Net-Worth Individuals preferred)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Personal Accountant to manage the personal financial affairs of a High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI). The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain complete confidentiality while handling sensitive financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and reconcile personal books of accounts on a daily basis.

Record and classify all financial transactions accurately.

Manage bank reconciliations, cash flow statements, and fund tracking.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, bankers, investment advisors, and other financial professionals.

Maintain records relating to investments, loans, insurance policies, fixed assets, and personal expenses.

Assist in tax planning by maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentation.

Ensure timely payment of bills, statutory dues, and other financial obligations.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records, agreements, and supporting documents.

Generate MIS reports and financial summaries as required.

Handle confidential financial information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.

Support budgeting, financial planning, and expense analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

3–7 years of relevant accounting experience,



preferably managing accounts for High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), promoters, business owners, or family offices.

Strong conceptual understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Proficiency in Tally ERP/TallyPrime.

Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, reporting).

Working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Absolute integrity, professionalism, and commitment to confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience handling finances, investments, and wealth-related accounting for HNIs.

Exposure to income tax documentation and coordination with auditors.

Knowledge of GST and other statutory compliances will be an added advantage.

Familiarity with digital banking platforms and financial management tools.
