Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana for a Performance Wear Tailor with specialization in overlock and folding machine operations. The role involves stitching and finishing performance garments using industrial sewing and overlock machines, ensuring accurate seams, clean edges, and durable construction. The tailor will operate folding machines to prepare garments for packing, maintain equipment in good working condition, and follow production schedules and quality standards.

Day-to-day responsibilities include checking fabric and trims, interpreting patterns and measurements, performing fittings or adjustments as required,



and collaborating with supervisors and team members to meet output and quality targets. The role also requires adherence to safety guidelines and careful handling of performance fabrics to preserve their functional properties.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Tailoring and Dressmaking skills, with experience in performance wear or sportswear preferred.

Candidates should possess good Fitting and Customer Service skills to ensure proper garment fit and satisfactory service for internal or external clients.

Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to coordinate with supervisors, pattern makers, and production team members.

Hands-on experience with overlock machines, industrial sewing machines, and folding machines in a garment manufacturing environment.

Attention to detail, ability to follow technical specifications and patterns, and commitment to consistent quality.

Ability to work on-site full time in Ludhiana, manage time effectively, and meet production targets safely.

Prior experience in apparel manufacturing or tailoring, especially in knitwear or activewear, is an advantage.
