About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to drive customer acquisition, online revenue, and brand growth across paid digital channels. Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, restaurants, or local service businesses is a strong advantage.

This role requires someone who understands ROI-first marketing, campaign optimization, and how to convert intent into bookings, orders, or footfall.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:

Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Optional: Snapchat, TikTok, Programmatic

Drive online bookings, reservations, orders, and lead generation

Own budget allocation, ROAS, CAC, and conversion metrics

Create and test performance-focused creatives with design/content teams

Optimize landing pages and funnels in collaboration with web teams

Track performance using GA4, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and dashboards

Run A/B tests for ads, audiences, creatives,



and landing pages

Analyze campaign data and translate insights into scalable strategies

Coordinate with CRM/email/SMS teams to build remarketing and retention loops

Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in performance or paid digital marketing

Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads

Proven track record of driving conversions and ROI

Experience managing monthly ad budgets and scaling accounts

Robust analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decisions

Experience with GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and pixels

Ability to prioritize campaigns based on business impact

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
